A MUST READ – Recommended Listening Instructions
The following information is vitally important to all who are connecting with Kyrona’s transmissions! This wisdom will support you to maximise the healing benefits of Kyrona’s Celestial Resonance Living Light Language Transmissions, while minimising any challenges created by the impacts of the frequencies, keys & codes interacting with your physical/energetic bodies!
PREPARATION:
It is recommended that you listen to a maximum of one Celestial Resonance Light Language transmission/ or Healing Meditation per day! For those who are very familiar with Kyrona’s work, this can be increased.
As with all healing transmissions shared by Kyrona, you are encouraged to create a sacred space within which to experience the sound healing.
Regardless of your location, even if you are at your computer, you can easily do this by simply lighting a white candle and placing it next to a clear quartz cluster OR by running the violet flame and then white light.
You should ensure that phones are disconnected and try to minimise disruption.
You may wish to spray energetic essences, burn incense, dim the lights and/or say a short prayer.
Certainly it is very good for you to set your specific intent in relation to the sound healing to come.
Above all else – be sure to connect to your heart and open yourself to fully sense the energy weaved within this meditation/transmission.

POST LISTENING – COMPLETION:
When the light language transmission is complete, please take time to integrate it (a few minutes at a minimum) and ensure that you are fully grounded before you move on.
Do this by focusing on the base of your feet, then imagining silver lines of light emanating from the base of your feet and connecting into your Earth Star Chakra , which is located 6 inches beneath your feet. Now visualise and ask for liquid hematite crystal to pour into your Earth Star Chakra, say out lould “I am now fully grounded and anchored into the Earth”. It is great if you can get your shoes off and connect directly with Mother Gaia.
